Rules Applicable to Season Passes

For the safety and enjoyment of all bathers, we establish the following rules and expect your cooperation:

1. All persons must apply for passes in advance so that residency can be validated.
2. Applicant agrees that the use of the pool is at the risk of the bather.
3. All season badges must be sewn on the bathing suit.
4. Under no circumstances can badges be loaned. Anyone doing so will lose his/her swimming privileges for the season.
5. Loss of a season pass will require the payment of a $6.00 penalty.
6. Loss of a locker key will require the payment of a $4.00 penalty.

Pool Pass Information

1. Applications will be received at the Community Building located at Scott Park from May 17 to May 28, 2010, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Thereafter, applications will be accepted during normal pool hours.
2. Mail-in applications will be accepted at the Scott Township Municipal Building, 301 Lindsay Road, 2nd Floor, Carnegie, PA 15106.
3. No refunds will be considered after two weeks of the date of application. Those considered for refunds will be assessed 25% against the refund.
   
   **There will be a $30 assessment for any check returned because
   of Non-Sufficient Funds.
