Amending Ordinance No. 619, adopted the 21st Day of July 1964, as amended, which said ordinance regulates fills, embankments, excavations and grading, by adding the requirement that all grading permit requests for grading, excavation, or filling more than one acre be submitted to the Board of Commissioners and all other Commonwealth and local agencies and commissions involved, as well as the Township Engineer, prior to the issuance of a grading permit for over one acre; all other provisions of said ordinance shall continue in force as regulations relating to the same other than as amended herein.

Providing for the acquisition by right of eminent domain, of easements over, across, through and under certain privately owned real property hereinafter described along with a description of the kind, quality, dimension and location of each such easement upon each of the said properties along with the names of the owners of each of the said properties all and for the purpose of providing sanitary sewers in and for the said Township.

Amending the Zoning Ordinance Known as Ordinance No. 937, adopted the 13th day of May, 1975, as amended from time to time by providing enforcement procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Municipalities Planning Act of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania , amending Article 8, Sections 8-101.1 and 8-107, and providing for penalties for violations of the Zoning Ordinance in accordance with the same. 

ORDINANCE NO. 1470-00 – JULY 25, 2000
An Ordinance of the Township of Scott , amending Ordinance No. 99-10 (1460-00) adopted the 30th day of December, 1999, which said ordinance regulates traffic control regulations, such amendment specifically relating to the parking of recreational vehicles, trucks, commercial vehicles and construction vehicles, etc., as is defined by the motor vehicle code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania , on residential streets in the Township of Scott .  The ordinance further amends Ordinance No. 76, as superseded by the motor vehicle code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania , the act of June 17, 1976 , P.L. 162 No. 81, preserving amendments to the vehicle ordinance as the same are in effect as of the date hereof, and further providing methods of enforcement and penalties for the same.
